KSI Announces Michael Venom Page Signing With Misfits Boxing
Michael “Venom” Page has joined Misfits Boxing after KSI introduced the former UFC fighter as a new signing during Saturday night’s card at London’s Copper Box Arena.
Standing in the ring with a DAZN microphone, KSI addressed the crowd with a direct introduction.
“Ladies and gentlemen, I want to introduce to you a new signing,” he said before the lights dropped and Page walked out to a large screen displaying his name. The moment confirmed a multi-fight, multi-year agreement between Page and the promotion co-founded by the YouTuber.
Page, 39, finished his UFC run with a 5-1 record after a unanimous decision win over Nursulton Ruziboev at UFC Paris in September.
The organization declined to renew his contract despite the winning stretch that included victories over Kevin Holland, Shara Magomedov, and Jared Cannonier. The London native previously competed for a decade in Bellator, where he built a reputation for flashy striking and memorable knockouts.
In comments released around the announcement, Page explained his choice.
“I’ve been in combat sports for a long time and I’ve had plenty of options, but MF Sports is the right fit for me,” he said. “They’re doing things differently, the energy is huge, and the fights are big. I’m excited for this new chapter, and I’m coming to show the boxing world what I can do. I feel free, shackles are off.”
During the live event, Page expanded on the theme once he reached the ring. He described feeling free with the “shackles” removed and said he wanted “all the smoke” against “every name in the book,” adding that “the one and only MVP is back.”
KSI reinforced the significance of the move in a statement.
“Michael Venom Page is one of the biggest names in combat sports, and everyone wanted him,” he said. “For him to choose Misfits says everything about where we are as a promotion. He’s a superstar, he’s explosive, and fans are going to love watching him in the ring with us.”
Misfits co-president Mams Taylor echoed the enthusiasm, calling Page “a once in a lifetime fighter” and stating that “big things ahead is an understatement.
” No opponent or date has been set for Page’s debut, though the promotion has indicated he will compete in boxing in the coming months. His professional boxing record stands at 2-0 with two knockouts, though he has not boxed since 2018.
The signing arrives as Misfits continues expanding beyond pure influencer matchups into higher-profile combat sports talent. Page’s arrival gives the company a recognizable name with established striking credentials and a history of performing on major stages.
His decision also ends speculation that followed his UFC exit, including reported interest from other promotions.
With the deal now official, attention turns to Page’s first opponent under the Misfits banner and how the promotion plans to showcase his return to the squared circle. The London crowd’s reaction on Saturday suggested the partnership already carries commercial weight for the next stretch of events.
