Alivia Bierley Beats Summer Onley and Misses the UFC Contract

Alivia Bierley defeated Summer Onley by unanimous decision in the opener of Dana White’s Contender Series 95. The scores were 30-27, 29-28, and 29-28 on Tuesday at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas, and Bierley was the only winner Dana White did not award a contract.

The fight went the full 15 minutes at women’s bantamweight. Neither woman scored a knockdown or a submission attempt. Bierley won the volume, the takedowns, and the cards.

She landed 71 of 143 total strikes and 47 of 114 significant strikes, including 23 of 67 to the head and 12 of 35 to the body. Onley connected on 35 of 88 total and 33 of 84 significant, and she was the cleaner kicker, 16 of 22 to the legs against 12 of 12. Bierley scored 2 of 4 takedowns and held 2:42 of control time to 1:12.

Bierley moved to 6-1. Onley fell to 6-1.

The 30-year-old from San Antonio, who fights under the name Yum Yum, has now won six in a row. The only loss on her record is a split decision to Maya Stewart in May 2024. Tuesday was her second straight decision after two Fury FC stoppages earlier in 2026.

Onley came in from England at 6-0 and lost the first fight that went to the judges on this card. Her leg kicks were the clearest weapon. They were not enough to offset the output gap or the two takedowns.

The contract list told the rest of the story. Mateus Soares knocked out Ryuho Miyaguchi. Roque Conceição submitted Alexander Chavez. Salahuddin Everett stopped Ozzy Martin. Preston LaGrange finished Nell Ariano. All four got deals. Bierley got the hand raised and a hug with Onley.

A 30-27 card sat next to two 29-28s, and the broadcast called the wider score a surprise. The result itself was not. Bierley threw more, landed more, and controlled more.

No appeal changed the night. Bierley leaves Las Vegas at 6-1 with a decision win and no roster spot. The four fighters who finished got the contracts. She is the winner who has to wait.
